Abstract��The contact arc between roller and rolled piece was divided into several segments and approximated by straight line. The calculation formulas of rolling force for forward slip and backward slip segments were obtained based on Kalman differential equation. Then, the calculation formula of total rolling force could be obtained by integration. The compression test data of thermal simulation tester under different conditions were treated by nonlinear fitting using lstopt software. The mathematical relational expressions between deformation resistance and deformation temperature as well as deformation rate and deformation degree of aluminum alloy were obtained.
