Abstract��In order to study the effect of different annealing temperature on the steel structure and hardness of cold work die steel 9CrWMn��box annealing furnace was used in the laboratory to anneal and grind into metallographic specimen in the annealing temperature of 400��600��680��700��720��740��760��770��780��800��820��840��880��920 ��respectively.Brinell hardness tester was used to test hardness and metallographic microscope was used to observe steel structure. The result of hardness and structure analysis of sample steel showed cold work die steel 9CrWMn was fine and uniform spheroidized perlite structure with lowest hardness and best spheroidized structure at the annealing temperature of 770 ��.
