Abstract��In order to obtain the comprehensive thermal physical properties and mechanical properties of domestic large size forgings GH690 alloy�� different thermal physical performance test and analysis methods and tensile tests were carried out to test and analyze the thermal expansion�� thermal diffusivity�� thermal conductivity�� specific heat�� elastic properties�� density�� melting point and tensile properties of GH690 alloy within 1 100 ��. Results showed that within the 1 100 �棬 the thermal expansion coefficient�� thermal diffusivity and thermal conductivity of GH690 alloy increased with temperature rise�� but its elastic modulus and shear modulus decreased with temperature rise. Least square method was used to establish the function relation among linear thermal expansion�� average linear expansion coefficient�� thermal diffusivity�� thermal conductivity�� elastic modulus�� shear modulus and temperature. Alloy tensile strength and yield strength decreased with temperature rise while elongation and reduction of area increased first and then decreased with temperature rise�� reduced to a minimum at 700 ��.
