Abstract��Research on diffusion bonding process of AZ31B magnesium alloy and 0Cr18Ni9 stainless steel was carried according to atomic diffusion theory. CVI-10 diffusion bonding machine was used on the AZ31B magnesium alloy and 0Cr18Ni9 stainless steel at different temperature conditions. Investigation of diffusion bonding joints morphology and interface elements were carried out by optical microscope�� scanning electron microscopy and electron probe micro analysis�� and shearing strength was tested. The result is that the best temperature of AZ31B and 0Cr18Ni9 diffusion bonding is 450 �棬there are segregation�� joints micro-cracks.
