Abstract��The influence of temperature variation on creep deformation measure was studied through the creep test at 1 000�� 980�� 850 and 760 �� of a Ni-based superalloy. The result showed that the test temperature at 1 000 �� and 850 �� varied frequently and periodically in range of ��3.2����2.3 �� and ��1.7����2.0 �� respectively�� and the maximum fluctuation range of continuous two temperature collection points were 5.3 �� and 3.5 �� respectively��the creep curve fluctuated synchronously and hackly with the temperature�� and the maximum fluctuation range of continuous two deformation collection points were 0.056% and 0.030% respectively��test temperature at 980 �� and 760 �� varied without order in range of ��1.2����0.8 �� and ��1.1����0.5 �� respectively�� and the maximum fluctuation range of continuous two temperature collection points were 0.3 �� and 0.4 �� respectively�� the creep curve was smooth��the creep curve had a close relationship with the stability of the test temperature.
