Abstract��According to the low productivity of the piece caused by the impossibility of processing the V type impact notch simultaneously in the processing of the bar impact specimen�� through the use of C axis function of the CNC machine tool control system�� a set of three axis NC machine tool kinematics model was established. The composite cutting for the notch in the center of the square body of the impact specimen was achieved�� which met the requirements of the single process time and design.
