Abstract��Because SWRH82B requires good obdurability�� it is very difficult to produce. And the quality of the products produced in Xuanhua Iron and Steel is not stable. The products are easy to fracture during drawing�� which can bring adverse effects on the customer use. So there is an urgent need to improve and stabilize the properties of the rolled products�� which can have an important practical significance to the development of enterprises.The main contents are measuring the curve of CCT and optimizing the air-cooled process of SWRH82B. And in order to solve the problem of the drawing brittle fracture of SWRH82B and optimize its performance�� the analysis methods including metallographic microscope�� SEM and EDS are applied.
