Abstract��The production technology of H08A by LD-LF-CC process in the No.1 steel rolling plant was introduced�� and the key technologies such as the deoxidization process�� the control of the steel composition and inclusions in steel control and the control of the nitrogen content were studied and analyzed.The H08A was produced by increasing the LF refining process and optimizing the converter deoxidization process�� which reduced the control difficulty of oxygen activity of molten steel. The fine adjustment of the steel component by LF refining improved the control level of the product composition. The slag basicity was controlled in the range of 4.0-5.0�� and the content of FeO in slag was controlled in the range of 1.0%-2.0%�� which satisfied the requirement of the inclusion removal and desulfurization in steel. The product tensile strength was reduced from 371 MPa to 363 MPa�� the intensity difference was reduced from 13 MPa down to 8 MPa�� and the product quality was recognized by the users.
