Abstract��The contents of the safety�� environmental protection and occupation health construction of the testing and analysis laboratories in steel plants are introduced from the angle of the factory design. The specific measures and preventive measures�� which are taken in the present HSE design�� are enumerated in detail according to the risk sources�� the pollution sources and the health risk factors in the laboratory.
