Abstract��To investigate the advantage of Origin software on the analysis of the high-cycle fatigue life�� the analysis processes of the double logarithmic probability distribution of fatigue lives and the S-N curve by the Origin software and traditional methods were compared based on the datas from GB/T 24176��2009 Metallic materials-Fatigue testing-Statistical planning. The results showed that the personality error for the traditional normal distribution graphical method and the complex calculation process of S-N curve analysis in the GB/T 24176��2009 could be reduced or even avoided by Origin software. Therefore�� it could improve the accuracy and efficiency in the analysis of high-cycle fatigue life by Origin software.
