Abstract��The influence of various significant factors on the uncertainty of the measurement results during the experiment was analyzed through Vickers hardness tests of the same batch gaskets. And the uncertainty of the hardness value was calculated according to GB/T 4340.1��2009. The results showed that when multiple groups of samples were tested in the same batch�� the calculation of the uncertainty caused by the measurement error by combining the sample variance was better than the general calculation method. The uncertainty calculated by considering the system error of the sclerometer was less than that calculated by considering the maximum allowable error of the sclerometer.
