Abstract:The application of the Kelvin bridge method and the DC four probe resistivity testing technology in alumi-numfoilcapacitors aremainlydiscussed.The testaccuracyoftheKelvinbridgemethodandtheDCfourprobemethod arecompared,andtheinfluenceofdifferent testconditionsonthetwo methodsiscompared.TheKelvinbridgemethod hascertainrequirementsonthespecificationsoftestsamples,andthetestresultsaremoreaccurateandsuitableforarbi-trationtest.TheDCfourprobemethodhasloweraccuracyandissuitablefortherough test,butthedemandis nothigh onthetestsamplespecifications,andthetestismoreconvenient.
