Mechanical property-tensil estrain rate curve of metals

Abstract：The microcosmic theory of metal elastic deformation reveals that the uncertainty of measurement is caused by the change of microstructures at the atomic level of the tested metal during the elastic deformation stage of the tensile test.On this basis，a new system frame work of tensile test is proposed，which can be used to test the curve of"mechani-calproperties-tensilestrainrate" at a certaint emperature to characterize the original mechanical properties，service mechanical properties and mechanical properties during metal processing and deformation.
