Abstract: In order to detect the ductile-brittle transition temperature of one high-strength low-carbon bainite steel, the impact energy-temperature curve was fitted by Boltzmann function based on the low temperature impact energy at -196~0 ℃ as well as fracture morphology and changing law of impact specimen. The results showed that the correlation coefficient of impact energy-temperature curve fitted by Boltzmann function was 0.999, which could be used to predict the impact energy of high-strength low-carbon bainite steel at temperature in range of 0~196 ℃. The ductile-brittle transition temperature was -78 ℃.
