Abstract:Aiming at several recent cases of typical copper pole clamp failures in Anhui power grid, combining with the type of clamp to analyze the causes of failure and put forward the focus of metal supervision in the future. The result showed that the frequent cracking of the copper pole clamp was mainly related to its alloy composition and forming process. For brass clamp, it is mainly to strengthen the detection of alloy composition, and on-site conductivity and hardness testing could be supplied. For red copper brass clamp, it is mainly to strengthen the strength check and the appearance inspection of forming quality. At the same time, pay attention to the review of the tightening torque during the installation stage.
