Abstract:Rietveld full-spectrum fitting method was applied in the quantitative analysis of rust layer on surface of low carbon steel to solve the problem of quantitative analysis of rust layer phases on surface of low carbon steel Q235. First, a series of samples with known composition were prepared for XRD test. Then the quantitative analysis software of Rietveld full-spectrum fitting was selected. The fitting parameters were optimized to repeatedly explore the analysis method and parameter setting. The analytical software with small quantitative error of full-spectrum fitting was found out, which was applied for the Rietveld full-spectrum fitting of rust layer on low carbon steel.
