Abstract Abstract:This paper simply analyzed the reason of finding the crack in the hot rolled round bars 50CrMo4 produced by BOF��LF+RH��CC of rectangular section��800/650mm Mill in BX STEEL COORPERATION.Find the quality of the 50CrMo4 bars fit the Standards.but the process of heat treatment was not well done.The organization and properties in the section of the bars are very different,and the bars were heated very quickly when were used. emphsis on the organization we analyzed the steel.
