| The casual analysis of the crackling of convertor dust elimination cooling pipe |

Abstract Adopting macro-test, metallographic examination, scanning electron microscopy examination and other methods for analyzing the causes of converter dedusting water-cooled tube cracking. The results indicated that: due to thermal stress corrosion, one side with flue gas and the other side became large temperature difference, so that the thermal stress which water-cooled pipes was given increases, cooling water corrosion led to the internal wall of one side with flue gas have many tiny micro-cracks and scallops , in the environment of periodic work, ultimately fatigue crack further deepen through the wall.
