| Crack analysis of 40Cr shifting fork |

Abstract Chemical composition Analysis��metallurgical analysis and other method were used to analyze the crack fault of 40Cr sliding fork. The results showed that heating temperature of workpiece was on the low side, and that transition arc angle of undercut moulding in this area in design ,which lead to blend moving of Metal Streamline ��were the major reason of causing dopplung fault.
