| Characterization of Microstructure of Super Duplex Stainless Steel 00Cr25Ni7Mo4N after Solution Treatment |

Abstract Effect of solution-treated temperature at 950~1300�� on microstructure of steel 00Cr25Ni7Mo4N has been studied. The results showed that as solution temperature ��1000��, the ��-phase precipitated in steel, in order to eliminating ��-phase of hot rolling steel, solution temperature must be up to 1050��; With the increasing of solution temperature, ��-phase content increased and ��-phase content decreased, the optimum solution temperature was 1050��~1100��; The grain size of �� and ��-phase rapidly grew up when solution temperature was up to 1250��.
