Abstract By using IF steel and high strength IF steel as testing materials��some problems in current secondary working embrittlement testing were discussed. It is noticed that die clearance affects the authenticity of testing results, and coaxiality seriously affects the validity of testing results. However there are no requirements about die clearance and coaxiality between cup sample and hammer in current standard.
