Abstract In order to obtain the thermal physical properties of steam generator tubing materials Inconel 690 alloy made in China , the thermal coefficient of expansion, specific heat, thermal diffusivity, thermal conductivity, elasticity modulus and poisson��s ratio of 690 alloy were measured and analyzed. The results show that the average thermal coefficient of expansion of 690 alloys are about 11.97��10-6 /�� in the range of 100-350 ��. The trends of thermal coefficient of expansion, specific heat, thermal diffusivity and thermal conductivity of 690 alloys increase with temperature increasing.However, elasticity modulus and poisson��s ratio of 690 alloys decrease with temperature increasing. Function relation between the thermal coefficient of expansion, thermal diffusivity, thermal conductivity,elasticity modulus and poisson��s ratio of 690 alloys with temperature are established below 350 �� by the least square fit method.
