Abstract The application of seamless steel tube for boiler is special�� so the control of quality and inspection is relatively important. Particularly�� the control of procedures such as hot-rolling�� cold-drawing�� cold-rolling�� heat treatment and nondestructive testing should be strengthened. The operation and testing should be strictly conducted according to the product quality plan and related work instruction. Moreover�� other steps should be also paid attention�� including batch number management�� quality certificate�� packaging label and data management. The relevant requirements and control key points for exporting boiler tube were discussed. It was hoped that some of the perspectives could give a support to national boiler tube export enterprises.
