Effect factors and suggestion of the accuracy of the sulfur-resistance test of tin plate |

Abstract Tin plate is widely used in the food packaging industry�� in which tin sulfide deposits�� commonly known as curing spot�� can be easily generated in the heating process of meat or other sulfur food. In order to ensure the effect of tin plate in the use of making cans and increase the sulfur resistance of tinplate�� the sulfur resistance of tinplate was detected before leaving the factory. Based on exploration and research work in terms of the corresponding paint thickness verification of different types of scraping rod�� the consistency analysis of the personnel painting operation�� the analysis of the influence of coating thickness and reaction medium on the sulfur resistance test results and the heat treatment conditions and the improvement of the condition of the pressure cooker temperature�� the control of the key points of the sulfur resistance test was strengthened�� which can put forward some suggestions on the improvement of the detection accuracy of the sulfur resistant performance in laboratory.
