Abstract Proficiency testing is one of important measures to evaluate the laboratory test level and quality control of test results. Laboratory internal personnel comparison test is an important method to evaluate the skill level of testing personnel. This paper introduced the specific process of using proficiency testing samples to carry out comparison tests for laboratory internal personnel, which could improve the detection capability and ensure the quality control level of laboratory testing.
