为了延长某厂400 mm特厚板坯连铸机3D喷淋通讯线缆使用寿命,通过对3D喷淋技术机制分析、对3D喷淋通讯线缆路由进行优化改进、对经过内弧的线缆进行适当的隔热处理等措施,3D喷淋通讯线缆使用寿命得到了明显提高。结果表明:不改变传感器位置和控制程序,通过巧妙的改变总线的路由布置、应用无缝钢管进行3D喷淋通讯线缆隔热,3D喷淋通讯线缆故障减少、备件费用降低,同时也降低铸坯角横裂纹的发生率。
Abstract
In order to extend the cycle of communications lines in 3D spray technology during ultra-thick slabs at a factory,?several?programs?were?taken,?such as analysising of the principe in 3D spray technology,optimizing the?communications routing?of?3D spray technology, and increasing the heat insulation device of the cable in inner frame.?The?research?results?show that the routing bus layout was subtly changed, seamless tuble was used for the insulation of the communications lines in 3D spray technology, the failure rate of the communications cable in 3D spray technology was lower,and the cost of spare parts was lower, the sensor position and control program had not been changed. The transverse corner cracks of the slab are obviously reduced.
