中间包作为连铸的中间环节,起着承上启下的作用。如何控制中间包浇铸钢水温度是连铸生产的关键环节。运用有限元软件ANSYS对通道式中间包感应加热进行模拟计算分析,通过控制中间包的钢水出口流速计算得到钢水通过通道的时间,从而得到中间包钢水的温升速度,有效地补偿了钢水散热造成的温降,保证钢水具有合适的浇铸温度。通过参考文献间接验证了此模拟过程的有效性。
Abstract
Tundish is the middle part of continuous casting, and plays an important role. The key link in the process of continuous casting production is how to control the tundish casting molten steel temperature. By using the finite element software ANSYS to channel-type tundish has carried on the induction heating simulation analysis, and by controlling the export of tundish flow rate to calculate the molten steel through the passage of time ,so get the temperature-rise rate of tundish and effectively compensate the molten steel heat caused by the temperature drop in order to ensure a suitable for molten steel casting temperature .The effectiveness of the simulation process is verified indirectly through references.
