摘要

简要介绍了中冶赛迪(CISDI)与PRIMETALS(原SVAI)共同承担设计的湛江2 150 mm板坯连铸机的生产规模、产品方案、技术装备、工艺布置及工艺设计特点。湛江2 150 mm板坯连铸机设计实现了专线化生产分工,从而建立了合理、稳定、高质量的生产流程和顺畅的板坯物流。另外,湛江2 150 mm板坯连铸机设计优化了连铸车间的工艺布置,从而节省了投资,提高了公辅介质对连铸机本体需求变化的响应速度,有利于提高铸坯质量和降低生产运行成本。

Abstract

This paper briefly introduces the production scale,steel grades,technical equipment,process layout and process design features of Zhanjiang steel’s 2 150 mm slab caster,which is designed by CISDI and PRIMETALS. Zhanjiang steel’s 2 150 mm slab caster is designed to realize the division of specialized production line,so as to establish a rational,stable and high quality production process and smooth slab logistics. In addition,Zhanjiang steel’s 2 150 mm slab caster is designed to optimize the layout of continuous casting workshop,thus saving investment,improving the change of auxiliary medium on the caster demand response speed,which is conducive to the improvement of slab quality and reduction of the production cost.
