摘要

对连铸结晶电磁搅拌技术在国内应用及发展现状进行了概述。介绍了为解决结晶器电磁搅拌器安装位置高与弯月面波动的问题,过往国内外采用的一些技术思路,及目前国内重点采用的磁屏蔽新技术和研发出具有自主知识产权、高磁感应强度、高推力的全绕组板坯连铸结晶器电磁搅拌装置。

Abstract

The domestic applications and development situation of the continuous casting crystallization electro-magnetic stirring (EMES) technology was reviewed briefly. In order to solve the problem of high mounting positions of electromagnetic stirrer and fluctuation of the meniscus, some technical thoughts both in domestic and abroad were introduced. And the domestic focus on the newly used magnetic shielding technology and developing full winding slab continuous casting mold electromagnetic stirring device with high magnetic field and high thrust of proprietary intellectual property rights.
