针对湘钢炼钢厂易切削钢轧后盘条裂纹缺陷严重的问题,系统分析并明确了缺陷成因,主要为保护渣不匹配所导致的铸坯表面缺陷的延伸。在此基础上,提出了开发应用较高黏度、较低熔速、较高热阻的专用保护渣的技术思路和解决方案。采用新型专用保护渣后,连铸坯表面质量良好,轧后盘条表面经热眼检测长裂纹消除,短裂纹缺陷数量由平均每盘0.95处降至0.06处。铸坯和轧后盘条裂纹缺陷得到有效抑制,表面质量大幅提升。
Abstract
Aiming at the serious crack defects of wire rod in producing process of free-cutting steel in Xiangtan Iron and Steel Co., Ltd., the causes of the defects were systematically analyzed and clarified, which was mainly the extension of the surface defects of the billet caused by the mismatch of mold flux. On this basis, Technical ideas and solutions for the development and application of special mold flux with higher viscosity, lower melting rate and higher thermal resistance was proposed. After using the new special mold flux, the surface quality of the billet was good, the long cracks of the coil after rolling were eliminated, and the number of the short cracks was reduced from 0.95 to 0.06 per wire rod. The crack defects of the cast billet and the rolled coil were effectively suppressed, the surface quality was greatly improved.
