摩擦和润滑不均匀是影响连铸坯质量的关键因素。针对铸坯在结晶器内复杂的摩擦行为,建立了全尺寸传热模型和摩擦计算模型,采用反算法得到实际热流,详细描述了铸坯的摩擦行为,并进一步研究了影响摩擦的因素。结果表明,从弯月面开始,铸坯表面由液体摩擦区过渡到混合摩擦区,再过渡到固体摩擦区;铸坯的摩擦状态是非对称的,反映了建立全尺寸模型的必要性。该模型为了解连铸结晶器内发生的复杂过程和优化连铸工艺参数提供了有益的工具。
Abstract
Friction and non-uniform lubrication are the key factors affecting the quality of continuous casting billet. In view of the complex friction behavior of the billet in the mold, a full-scale heat transfer model and a friction calculation model were established, and the actual heat flow was obtained by using the inverse algorithm. The friction behavior of the billet was described in detail, and the factors affecting the friction were further studied.The results show that, starting from the meniscus, the surface of the slab transitions from liquid friction zone to mixed friction zone and then to solid friction zone. The friction state of billet is asymmetric, which reflects the necessity of establishing a full-scale model. The model provides a useful tool for understanding the complex process in the mold and optimizing the technological parameters of continuous casting.
