Present Development Status and Future Development Demand Judgment of Sizing(Reducing)Technology for Seamless Steel Tube

  • Summarized and analyzed here in the article are main aspects of the steel tube sizing(reducing) mill,involving positioning, classification, technical characteristics, and present development status of core sub-technologies and typical applications thereof. It is pointed out that the steel tube sizing(reducing) technology has been fully localized in China at present, and all the technical indicatorss represent the world's advanced level. From the perspective of future development demand, it is predicted that this field will have potential application values in the innovation and development of intelligent manufacturing and high-end equipment, such as the full-process intelligent model control technology, quantitative quality prediction model technology, and the single-stand drive, 4-roll reducing equipment technology,etc.
