Study and Practice of High-Efficiency Oxygen Blowing Technology on Converter

    Abstract
  • In order to increase the output, a new oxygen lance for 70t converter was designed. Intensity of oxygen supply can be increased to 4.0 m3/(t·min). At the same time the slagging and oxygen supplying operation were optimized. The new oxygen lance is helpful to stabilizing the blowing process,obtaining good technico economical indexes and increasing steel output by 20%.
