Automatic loading and opening technology based on vanadium nitride packaging

Abstract
Vanadium nitrogen alloy is a block material produced by sintering at high temperatures of 1 500~1 800 ℃. As a new type of alloy additive, it can replace vanadium iron in the production of microalloyed steel. To improve the comprehensive performance of steel, it is necessary to precisely control the amount of vanadium nitrogen alloy used. In response to the problem of a large amount of dust generated during the manual packaging process of vanadium nitrogen alloys using 5kg packaging bags by steel mills such as Pangang and Chengde Vanadium and Titanium, an automatic bag opening technology based on vanadium nitride packaging was designed using a bag opening machine. The automatic bag loading and opening technology mainly includes five parts: bag storage bin, bag dragging mechanism, bag moving mechanism, bag opening mechanism, and bag support mechanism. The coordinated actions of each mechanism are completed through motor and cylinder drive. Under the programmable control of PLC, multiple 5 kg paper bags are placed, sorted, stored, separated, positioned, opened, and the flatness of the paper bag mouth is ensured. The automatic bag loading and opening technology fully simulates manual bag loading, with clear and unnecessary actions. It uses high-quality silicone bag opening to expand the temperature range of the equipment and improve its applicability. At the same time, the automatic bag loading and opening unit based on vanadium nitride packaging adopts touch screen control operation, with functions such as bag counting, missing bag alarm, and fault bag alarm, which can replace manual bag loading and reduce work intensity.
