Intelligent design of blast furnace ironmaking system orienting cyber physical system architecture

Based on the under-researched current situation of intelligent manufacturing mode in iron and steel production process especially ironmaking system,building intelligent manufacturing pattern of ironmaking cyber physical system ( CPS) with blast furnace-centered was put forward. According to an intelligent planning and design case of actual blast furnace engineering project, the concrete connotation of blast furnace ironmaking CPS was expounded combined with physical space and cyber space,and in physical space level building the integrated production management and control center around production entity elements was pointed out. In cyber space level,digital factory of twinborn physical entity should be focused built,as well as establishing corresponding integrated big data management and control platform. Eventually, interactive mapping between physical space and cyber space,and the advanced manufacturing model with state perception,real-time analysis,scientific decision-making,precise execution closed loop were build up.
