Development of integrated intelligent management and control platform for ironmaking

Abstract
To achieve the global optimization of the comprehensive indicators of ironmaking,based on the HCI server cluster and distributed micro-service architecture, an integrated intelligent management and control platform for ironmaking multi-process collaborative optimization was developed. The platform collects more than 300 000 data points of blast furnace,sintering plant, coking plant and stock yard through industrial Internet of things components. Based on mainstream big data platforms such as MPP and Hadoop,a data system covering the entire process of the ironmaking was established,an open and standardized Restful API was provided as data access interface. On the data platform,a series of intelligent applications of cross-process data fusion and coupled calculation,such as big data visualization,intelligent diagnosis of production indicators,diagnosis of special furnace conditions,and parameters optimization were realized. The use of the platform has promoted the transformation of ironmaking production from single-process decentralized management to integrated centralized management and control,from single-process optimization to the global optimization of ironmaking, and improved the stability and efficiency of ironmaking production.
