Construction and application of big data intelligent interconnection platform for Xingcheng ironmaking

  • With the proposal of " Industry 4. 0" and " Made in China 2025", intelligent manufacturing technologies such as digital twin and industrial Internet platform have been widely applied to industrial enterprises. However,the level of digitalization and intellectualization of domestic ironmaking production line is relatively backward,and the construction of industrial sensors and Internet of things is relatively backward. It is difficult to visualize and analyze the " black box" of blast furnace. The operation of ironmaking is still based on " experience" with high cost. There is no platform support for real-time coordination and overall optimization of ore blending,sintering and ironmaking processes. In order to solve these pain points,Xingcheng ironmaking relies on the mechanism research of metallurgy specialty,and uses big data artificial intelligence and industrial Internet to build the big data intelligent Internet platform of ironmaking production line level,to open up the data island between the traditional information systems at all levels,and to realize the upgrade from intelligent unit to intelligent production line. Finally,the blast furnace has a long life and high efficiency,the fuel ratio is reduced by 6 kg / t,the first-class product rate of molten iron is increased by 3%, the high-quality product rate is increased by 8. 8%, and the gas consumption is saved by 20 m3 / t.
