Development and application of intelligent sintering control system

  • Through Ethernet technology, the sintering information integration system was developed based on Java language,which is directly connected to the sintering PLC primary control system for data acquisition,integration, analysis, display and storage. And the sintering process expert control system was embedded on this platform to carry out the automatic closed-loop control of the sintering production process,form an intelligent sintering system,and improve the intelligent control level of the sintering production process. It can promote the improvement of sinter output,quality and the reduction of production cost. The intelligent optimization model of sintering end-point can predict the position of sintering end-point 10 - 15 minutes in advance,and automatically adjust the frequency of main exhaust fan to reduce the proportion of under burning and over burning by 2. 6%. The automatic control model of sintering ignition can reduce the consumption of gas per ton of ore by 2. 37 m3 / t. The sintering proportioning model can guide the proportioning production operation according to the real-time change of sintering proportioning production. The sintering mixture moisture control model can improve the water stability rate of the mixture to more than 90%.
