Multi-time-scale analysis of influence of oxygen enrichment operation on gas utilization rate of blast furnace

  • In the smelting process of a blast furnace ( BF), the oxygen enrichment operation is not a direct means to control the gas utilization rate ( GUR) in real time,but it affects the development of GUR by changing the BF state on multiple time scales. Aiming at the problem that oxygen enrichment has multi-time-scale effects on GUR,three time scales of the effect of oxygen enrichment operation on GUR are determined based on mechanism analysis and data decomposition. First,the influence of oxygen enrichment on BF state was analyzed through the ironmaking mechanism,and three mechanism chains of oxygen enrichment operation affecting GUR were obtained. On this basis,the time scales of the mechanism chains were calculated. Then, the GUR data was decomposed at the data level to obtain the multi-time-scale components and the frequency distribution of each component. Finally,by fusing mechanism and data, the corresponding relationship between the mechanism chains and the data components on different time scales in the frequency domain was obtained,which verified the multi-time-scale characteristics of the influence of the oxygen enrichment operation on GUR.
