Application of 3D digitized material yard system in intelligent material yard

In order to increase the production level of intelligence at the material yard of domestic steel companies,the function and application in the material yard based on the laser scanning was analyzed. The 3D digitalized material yard system was developed. According to the position of the device,the laser scanning was used to obtain the point cloud data of stack in real time and the 3D reconstruction and rendering was made. It was developed the function of automatic division and the inventory. The real-time flow control and edge detection of stacker-reclaimer was implemented by laser scanning. With the application of the system in the projects,the functions of the system were verified and remarkable application effect was obtained.
