Research and application about bottom blowing argon flow rate and distribution linkage of ladle furnace

  • Laiwu steel group through the improvement of the existing intelligent argon blowing system, summed up constantly in practice, the development of the bottom blowing argon flow and the linkage of the distribution model, in the different stages of refining using different distribution model, using the theory of fuzzy PID adaptive principle, implement using different bottom blowing argon flow, realize the whole refining process of bottom blowing argon system of precise control. By adopting the measures to improve the quality of molten steel and improve the service life of the ladle, and reduced the labor intensity of the workers.
