Application of ND steel pipe in auxiliary-economizer of CDQ boiler

The leakage and explosion of boiler pipes is one of the biggest threat to the normal production of CDQ. Therefore, it is very important to study the low temperature dew point corrosion resistance of the auxiliary economizer′s heating surface tubes. The causes of corrosion of the auxiliary economizer’s heating surface tubes were analyzed, and the characteristics and corrosion resistance of ND steel were introduced. Through the strength check calculation, the technical feasibility of using ND steel pipes as the alternative materials. And finally, the concrete implementation method and economic benefits were introduced based on the engineering example, which had practical application significance.
