Design of automatic batching control system for ore furnace

  • For the ore furnace batching system, the technological process is complex and the requirement for reliability and performance-price ratio was very critical. By using the Modbus communication and industrial Ethernet technology, the overall architecture of network control layer, which was composed of the upper monitoring layer, the hypogyny control layer and the field device layer, was constructed, and the stable, efficient and economical distributed control system, which taking S7-1200 PLC as the core, was designed. Through the reasonable hardware, software and interface design, the contradiction between production efficiency and accuracy of ingredients was effectively solved, which achieved the weighing, batching automation. Since the system came into service, it had the characteristics of the stable performance, reliable work, and high performance-price ratio, which can satisfy the actual production needs and achieve the desired design goals.
