Influence of batch annealing temperatures on microstructure and properties of high strength IF steel

Abstract
In order to study the microstructure and texture of high strength IF steel under different batch annealing temperatures, the mechanical properties of high strength IF steel 210P1 cold rolled sheet under different annealing temperatures were researched by using oven-type resistance furnace to simulate the batch annealing process. The microstructure of the finished plates was observed and the r90 values of steel plates with different batch annealing temperature were statistically analyzed. The texture analysis of batch annealing finished plates with different batch annealing temperature was carried out by X-ray diffraction and thermal field emission scanning electron microscope. The results showed that increasing the batch annealing temperature caused the increase of grain size. With the increase of annealing temperature, the yield strength and tensile strength decreased, the elongation increased, the n-value increased slightly and the r-value increased obviously, which was beneficial to the enhancement of the 111 texture, and not conducive to the decrease of the 100 texture.
