Improvements of width controlling precision for finished hot-rolled strips

In order to improve the control accuracy of the width of hot rolled strips, combined with the actual production characteristics of the hot-rolled line, the main factors that affect the width of the finished product are analyzed. Started from the periodicity of the width change and the precision of the equipment, the corresponding control measures are taken to improve the stability and controlling accuracy of the hot rolled strips during the course of width controlling processes, and thus to improve the width precision of finished hot-rolled strips.
