All Dry Bag-Type Dust Collector Technology Adopted in Gas Purification on Blast Furnace

This paper introduces the application of Blast Furnace Gas-wide dry bag dust collector technology in Baotou Iron and Steel Group, which save the land space, have lower land expropriation cost, is water, electricity and energy conservation, generates high quality blast furnace gas; is user and environment friendly. As there is no demand for washing tower, sedimentation tanks and other equipments in such technology, it avoids generating large amount of sewage and sludge, and especially, it produces 10t dust into the atmosphere each year less than the Wet Dust Collector Technology, which makes obvious contribution to the environmental protection.
