MPa Grade Cold-Rolled Dual-Phase Steel Continuous Annealing Process in Hansteel

  • According to DIL805-A, the CCT curve of C-Si-Mn content 600MPa grade cold-rolled dual-phase steel was measured. The annealing process was simulated on Gleeble3500. The results show: The soaking temperature was 800-820℃, soaking time was≥2min, slow cooling temperature is 650-700℃, fast cooling temperature was ≤330℃, cooling rate was ≥15℃/s. According to the EBSD, the TEM, and the tension test. The properties of the 600MPa grade cold-rolled dual-phase steel are: the volume fraction of martinet is about 18%, the value of 111 texture is 5.3, the martinet is low carbon martinet, yield strength was 344-365MPa, tensile strength was 605-645MPa, elongation was 24.5% to 27%. The mechanical property can meet the requirements of making the safety parts of automotive.
