Abstract:Guided by the 3R principle of "reducingreusingrecycling" and aiming at realizing the reuse of the solid waste in the iron and steel process,the reverse supply chain system of the solid waste resource utilization in the iron and steel process was designed. Combining with the composition characteristics of various solid wastes,valuable elements were set as new resources and a reverse supply chain combination scheme for the solid waste resource utilization in the iron and steel process was constructed,which configured the cascade implementation path of the process selfcirculation,external utilization and product upgrading. In order to achieve the dynamic order,collaborative continuity and intensive efficiency of the operation process of the reverse supply chain,it was suggested to introduce the green life cycle management system for solid wastes,and run through the preliminary planning and implementation of the reverse supply chain combination scheme for the solid waste resource utilization,which will be conducive to reducing the cost of the solid waste environment management and achieving a better green effect on the whole iron and steel process.
