Influences of Ti、Nb on Recrystallization Texture of Cold Rolled Plates of Cr18 Stainless Steel with Ultra-low Carbon and Nitrogen |

Abstract Abstract:The influence of Ti、Nb on recrystallization texture of the cold rolled plates of Cr18 stainless steel with ultra-low carbon and nitrogen were studied. The results show that the density of the {111} texture distribution of the Nb-stabilized and Ti、Nb double stabilized cold rolled plate increase with extending of the annealing time under 850 ℃,but the density of {111} texture of only Ti-stabilized cold rolled plates are already to maximum with 2 minutes holding time, then the density of the {111} texture distribution will decline. The density of the Ti、Nb double stabilized cold rolled plate’s {111}<110> orientation distribution get to the largest with an annealing time of 360s.The recrystallization texture {111} orientation distribution of Nb-stabilized Cr18 stainless steel cold rolled plate is less than the others.
