Abstract The semiprocessed nonoriented electrical steel 50WB560 was successfully produced in batch by BOF, RH， LF,thinslab continuous casting and rolling (TSCR),first coldrolling, batchannealing and second coldrolling route. The results indicated that 50WB560 has P1.5/50 3.2 W/kg;B50 1.72 T, and the better satisfactory shape and surface quality,which is good for manufacture of highefficiency motors.
